The source of the leak?

Hasn't found it yet.

Contrary to my earlier belief, he said he did start the tractor at a later time. It ran for five minutes, slowed down, stopped and would not then even turn over with the starter.

It seems the only logical next step is to give my SIL the name of the repair folks mentioned on my earlier post.
