Hi Randy, I am in Sumner for the next month and than will be moving to an acreage just north of town. I am originally from this area. The last ice storm we had like this was I believe back in the winter of 86/87. I remember that way north of town where I lived we were with out power for about 6 hours or so but south of town was out of power for a week. Also that the city had power but the places just out side of the city limits to the west and south did not. Stay warm. Wil
