Raise the wheel off the ground if it will rock a little back and forth then your trouble is in the gearing somewhere if not then it is in the brakes if the brakes then you need to remove backing plate and and see what needs to be done to fix the problem. Walt PS if you are not a mechanical person I would suggest finding a good friend who is to look at it as this is no simple job to fix.
