Tractor to pull 4-16 AC Plow

I am looking for a tractor that will pull a Allis Chalmers 4-16 steerable plow(As deep as possible). I have been pulling it with a 4020, but i would like to know what IHC tractor(806,106,1256, ?) would be able to pull it and what size disks and cultivators it could pull.Thanks in advance.
