Hi; I grew up around Fordson Super Majors so they are my alltime favourite. Then worked with Ford 1000 Series after college in practical farming. When I was at agricultural engineering college in late 1960's had to do a project on "best or most suitable" make & model to do specific jobs. I had to admit that certain models from other colours were better than the make I "loved". As an Area Sales Manager for implement manufactuers & importers, had to demonstrate on all makes of tractors (whatever the farmer owned) again certain brands & models were better than others for specific jobs. Hard to tell a farmer that his tractor aint suitable or man enough to handle my implement !!! So when I win the lotto and buy a farm, the tractor shed will contain a mish-mash of colours. Cheers David
