You mentioned magnafluxing the second time. Did the shop pressure check the head? Pressure testing will often reveal a hidden crack that magnafluxing will not. Also make sure you have the correct head gasket and use copper coat. How long have you run it? Sometimes when you run them awile and retorque, the gasket will take a set and seal? Also very odd you have no compression gasses in the cooling system. Compression is alot more pressure than collant system pressure. You would almost need to have a crack behind of an exhaust valve.
