This is tobacco country, but we stopped growing it with the buy out, but they spent all their years as cultivating tractors, transplanting, pulling wagons of tobacco, and then in the hay fields some. We just don't need both of them. I told him around 3000-3250 would be a fair price (of course we would change all the fluids before selling and clean them up). We are selling them to a guy that we have known for a while and gets hay from us every once in a while (we give him old bluegrass bales and horse manure bales).
