Congratulation on you buying my dream place. Wear are you located at? Are their more places for sale like that? Is their work there that pays more then $ 10 an hour for third shift? I my self have about had it with the not rural northeast any more. A place down the road just came up for sale similar to that for $ 500,000 After a corporate merger and sight closing all I have found for work in the last 6 months for skilled labor (Pharmecutical) is third shift $ 10 bucks an hour cant pay taxes and live on that here. Need to make some sort of changes. I could go back to farming if I am going to be broke living check to check at least then I would be doing something I like.
