Tractor Club

I pastor a growing church with a good group of farmers and tractor enthusiasts. There are also a great number of tractor guys and gals in the area. Recently someone suggested that we start a tractor club as there are no tractor clubs close by.
Being a tractor enthusiast myself, I thought it would be a good idea. However, I have little experience in this and really don"t know where to get started. Any advice would be appreciated. Also any copies of by-laws or purpose statements from tactor clubs would be appreciated as well. Thanks
