My dad tells me that in the 50s they wanted to expand the milking area of the barn. Found a garage that would fit the bill. Drove the WD into the garage, got it lifted up and supported by the tractor, drove it home that way. That is one thing I wish I could have seen! Greg

Third Brush Generators - by Chris Pratt. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation.
