I have a 2002 with 48,000 miles and the only trouble I have had was a bad speed sensor. The V-6 engines are bullet proof if you service them. I had another Blazer(I can't remember the year but it was the first 4 door) that had 150,000 miles on it when I sold it and it was running good. It just had a leaky sun roof.
