Just got of the phone with my local morton rep. I am building a 30x70x12 with the whole interior stripped with 2x4s on 16" centers for drywall. $38,000 dollars. This includes insulation in the walls. I have to insulate the ceiling and hang the drywall myself. I would have went with a steel structure, but I need a flat drywall ceiling spanning the 30ft, and I want it to finish out like a home for my photography studio business. Morton has built a bunch of buildings here in western Pa and the locals have nothing but good things to say about them. The local rep is extremely knowledgeable and a heck of a nice guy. I know it is a lot of money but trust is worth a lot.
