In 2002, I(49) put up a 30'X48'X12' with my two sons(13&16) and only ladders. We had it done accept for the shingles in 8 days. This was my second barn and cost $6,200.00 for the kit in southern MI. The two 10'X10' roll up doors, cement floor, electric and gas were an additional $4,500.00. My only comment is; if you make it twice as big as your sure you need, it will be too small. Don't ask me how I know.
