I had the same thing on Ebay this week - a set of wheels. I went to the farm to measure to make sure they would fit, when I got home the auction was ended early. I don't mind if they state up front they reserve the right to sell locally, but absent that they should have to stick it out to the end. There were no bids before I left, and I would have paid a lot over the opening bid.
