TrackMaster D-Fab Engineering

I have a Trackmaster Model WT 117 BB.
Dozer/Backhoe. Wisconsin engine.

Needs front Track idler.
Tracks themselves are in need of repair.

Any ideas for replacement parts besides fabrication?
