Be sure that the Transmission is the Stick shift, the automatic is the worst for warranty $$$$ and could cost you big money for a new one. The 7.3 diesel has to be better on fuel, the 460 gets 9MPG, so I am told. I used to work for a parts supplier to the transmission plant that made the E4oD trans for that truck.
