Well to be honest about it.don't know. I've painted some screens from time to time.But mostly wider opening than the deere screens. on the deeres they are closer on the openings than most brands. therefore the more they are painted the closer the opening is. I'd say clean them good and just mist the paint back till you get the amount that you want.
