old i'm glad you got that mess straightened out.
we refinanced our 30 acres last year. got tried of loan officer we had to work with. i told bank president i think loan officer is more concerned about coaching girls baskestball team than taking care of bank business.
we went to a different bank. the new one is a lot easier to work with.
