Yep, gear ratios. Presumably it has a gas engine at present (that information is important as a gas engine might rev twice that of a diesel). Also weight and where the weight is, in relation to the present engine. Torque might be another problem. You didn"t give any information on the box either. Just a bit more to changing motors than "will it fit?"
