Rathdrum, Idaho 1926 - what model of tractor

While collecting photos for a family scapbook I came across this photo. This is my great granddad Martin's tractor. It is seen here hooked to a team of horses to plow roads across the Rathdrum Prairie during the winter of 1926. I am thinking this is an old Hart Parr or CASE but no one remembers and no one is around to ask. What are your thoughts?
