siezed engine, break towing in gear?

I'm trying to get my fathers old Ford 860 running and found out the engine is siezed. A sparkplug hole was open for many years, so i am assuming a piston is rusted, so i want to spray PB breaker down all the sparkplug holes, and then i wnated to try to tow it while in gear. My question if i am towing it backwords, can i only use reverse? I heard that using a higher gear like 5th might be eaiser to break it in. Also should i just tow it while in gear, or push down the clutch, wait for it to start to turn, then let up on it, like compression starting a car. If there is any other easy ways of breaking an engine please share.
