Make sure you have insurance. Most people think their home owners,renters or farm insurance will cover them, WRONG. As soon as you start charging you need either a rider or a different policy. The big problem is not likely going to be between you and the owner but between you and another party. You could cause an accident on the road to the job site someone could look over at you in the lot and claim you caused the mishap. I dislike insurance but better to be safe rather than sorry.
