If you 3 pt hitch, remote hydraulics, and dual power (if equiped) work than pump pressure is not the problem. THe hyd, plate im talking about is not under the seat but on the right side where the remoter hoses are, it is about 12"x12" and the vlaves for all hydaulic functions (except pto) are on it, not an easy task to remove or repalce but you'd have to do it as part of the split.
Buts first get the book, check the pto system pressure, and other trouble shooting steps the book recomends.
By the way, typical pto ctuch rebuild is not too costly, $200 typically. Labor of splitting is more the trouble.
