#1 Your dealer's policy is to radomly throw parts at a problem, hope to eventually find the problem but certianly send you the bill. #2 Typing is all caps isn't a good idea. This problem could be anything from a failing harmonic balancer, flex plate, torque convertor, etc. The output from the OBDII must be recorded before, during & after the chattering. Swings in the map, tps, egr, knock sensor, timing variences,O2 voltages etc should provide some clues.
