What part of it is worn out? If it is just the U joints you can buy them and put them in. If the yokes are bad you should be able to get new ones and have a good machine shop cut the old ones out and weld the new ones in. We have a semi truck dealer in town and they have usually match up any end. If all they have to do is replace the yokes it should cost more than parts and an hour labor.
