If the float valve was not installed correctly,(easy to do) then you could tap an bang an pump air all ya want to. She still won't pass gas till it's fixed. If ya JUST got 'er built an she don't work right let the feller get it straight so ya don't be a tapping on it at the side of the road after midnight. Just my $.02
