Garden-All was originally made in Liberty, IN. In 1960 became "Tractors Inc." and moved to Indianapolis, IN. I never heard of the P40. I have some literature showing 2 and 4 wheelers - models Culti-vette with 1.5 HP Briggs, also some other walk-behinds up to 3.5 HP, alslo a four-wheel rider - a 6 horse Junior and a 8 horse Gard'n Mast'r G. Later ca. 1954 the J an JE four-wheelers came out with 6 HP Wisconsin engines. 1954 the Pup series came out.
