4 GUY, Lay a 4x4 on the side of the tire, like a ramp, BUT not on the rim. Drive your truck up on the 4x4. The weight will break it loose. May have to do it in a few places to fully unseat the tire. Has worked for me many times and not just on tractor tires. Good Luck jackie
