My brother and I used to have custom hay business. Have to disagree with the statement that the 2 wide wagons don't stack well.
The key is to make good bales. We custom cut about 1200 acres of irrigated alfalfa. Normally about 8 ton/acre. Used a 2 wide self propelled wagon.Only time stacks fell down was when the baler operator made bad bales.
