First , Thanks. Second Holy Crap, my 40 acre and poultry barn wuld bring in about $500,000+ if I were to sell it today, mostly cause I am a couple miles west of St cloud, mile c/c from a golf course, on a major road Cty 25. I was in today dealing with how close some one can build to my barn. It was 660', too close if you ask me. So here I sit wondering it I should by the surrounding 20 - 40 acres at $4000 an acre or more, and hope when this lands time comes I can actually make some good money on small acreage lots. I have a few nice hills, Oak woods and a nice pond, or do I sell now and get the most I can and invest that money into land elswhere and start a new operation. It is very frustrating. Thanks again for the info
