Yep that little one would stir up enough dust I suppose. Welding shops started making drag floats here years ago from I beam and sliced well casing pipe for the one or two blades on them and put a drawbar across your 3 point arms to raise and lower it with wheels on back side. They got to making them 24 foot or wider even but those don't go down the county roads or highways well or thru bridges.
