I'M glad you said it was flat, because if it WEREN'T, you would be in the market of a 55 or 70 horsepower tractor with big weights on the rear tires. I would recommend a tractor about 45 or so horsepower but would have a relatively ballasted tire/weight combo. Any year tractor should work, but live PTO and HYD. is a MUST! hope i can help.
