In fact thats a phishing scam. They want you to go to a site that looks like eBay and put in your username and password. When you do you've been harvested and they'll take over your account. This is VERY VERY common but people get caught every day. I even got caught once a couple years ago. Watch yourself. Use a strong password, one that includes letters(both upper and lowercase) and numbers and change it a couple times a year. And NEVER go to eBay from a link. Always log in on your own. I get 'em from banks too, banks I don't even have an account with...
