Roosa Master injection pump problem ( No Fuel )

I have a John Deere 329 engine with a Roosa Master injection pump, problem is I cant get fuel to the injectors, switch is working in the pump, fuel does come out the return line, Tried another injection pump, this pump I cant get fuel out the return or line"s, this pump was rebuilt but both pumps sat for about 5+ years and we know the first pump did work great only had 1400 hours on it,
