I'm guessing you don't have enough preasure at the tractor as other have stated, but they weren't made with a whole lot when new. Only way to get around it is use a bigger cylinder. If it has a 3" now, a 3.5" dia. should probably be enough, if you want to be really sure, use a 4" dia.ust be warned with the extra volume of the cylinder now it'll be slower than it is now. a 1/2" of diameter makes a huge difference in surface area and the resulting weight it can lift.
