Wear gloves and don't get the stuff on your skin. Breathing the mist/fumes in isn't going to make you healthier either. Neighbour is dying of liver cancer and best medical evidence suggests it was likely caused by chemicals around the farm. Studies on Firemen who have worked in emergency situations around similar organic chemicals also shows a very high incidence of liver problems. Your liver wasn't built to breakdown and filter out 2-4-D, lindane etc.
