VERY dangerous place to be us under a rotary mower attatched to a tractor for whick the owner has not read the Operator Manual. Kids jump on tractors all the time and "play" with the levers, even when the owner is under the mower deck. Blades need to come off for proper inspection, sharpening, and balancing. Also, always used new lock-nuts when changing blades, as they are intended for one time use. Rotary cutters are very dangerous at best, even when doing all maintenance properly. A loose blade at 540 PTO is something you never want to see. Tom
