sun shades

My question is if anyone has an oponion[ need i ask :)]seriously i am looking at a fiberglass sun shade that mounts to the roll bar, seems fairly sturdy but not ROPS replacment of course.
But are there any problems like engine/tranny noise being noticable more than usual? awkward to get on/off the machine with it on?
etc etc. The tractor is a Case D40/DX40 series if someone has a similar unit?
Also a price range if possible, looking a 5 big ones for a new old stock [1 year] unit.
