Twine is probably hanging up in the bill hook.Old bill hooks used bronze bearings that get flat spots on on them make problems.If your baler has ball bearings on the billhooks check the wiper arms to see if they are taking the knots off the bill hooks.Shut the tractor off and have a helper turn the baler flywheel while you watch the tie being made.Dont try to fix a baler with out the manual.
