To part or not to part?

I have been trying to sell a Farmall M now for about a month. It needs some minor tlc, but has good tires, live hydraulics, good tin, good engine, the 9 speed tranny, etc. I was asking $1000, but all I get are people who want a photo album of M pictures. Boy can some people waste your time. If I go to the ads I see rear tires for $600, live hydraulic pumps for $600, tin for $100, etc. Maybe I should just sell parts?
