Best tractor for 22 inch row cultivation?

Hey all, I crop 30 acres on my In Laws farm. He's organic so I can't spray the beans. They're 22 inch rows and I have a John Deere 60 with a single front wheel and a 40 front mount cultivator set up but would like to get something better for next year. Here's what I need - 40-75 HP. 15.5 or smaller tires on axles capable of an 88 inch width. Dual hydraulics to run a cylinder on each side of the cultivator. 3point hitch for the rotary hoe. Diesel preferred, LP and gas considered. Under 7000 dollars. I've looked at 1520s, 2520s, 4010s, 3020s, 2630s, etc and haven't found one suitable for my needs in my price range (it's low, I know but all or more than I can afford). Anyone have a model that comes to mind that would work better? It doesn't have to be Deere but the cultivator I got for the project is a Deere FM series so any other make would require modification. I'm also curious in anyone is on these very narrow rows and whether or not they like them. I'm aiming for faster canopy closure. Last year I was on 38 inch rows and definately want faster closure then they allowed. If 22 inch rows don't work out, I'll just move my planter back out to 6R30. If they do work, I'm gonna hang 2 more row units on and go 8R22. Thanks.
