I just went through this with a borrowed car carrier. I went to pick it up and the owner told me I had to go to the dealer and get a new turbo hose first. I put it on and had no trouble, but I didn't load it heavy. He was going to send it to the dealer the next week, but I haven't seen him to ask what the diagnosis was. We suspected that the turbo was over boosting, perhaps due to a bad sensor or waste gate. The owner used to work in a Ford dealership, and he said that this is a common problem with this engine.
