Depends on what you call rusty - and also "running good." If the truck has not been on the road for a long time and is strictly a home-use plow truck - I find them often in the $100-$500 price range here in NY. On the other hand, if it's driven on the road and all the ammenites work - e.g. brakes, electrical, good exhaust system, good tires, etc. - then the price sounds fair. I recently bought an 82 K10 with 6.2 diesel, 4 speed manual overdrive trans. and a Fisher plow. Runs great but hasn't been legally registered in 10 years. Also very rusty. I traded 50 square bales of hay for it - i.e. $75 worth. Also recently bought a 91 Surburban with 6.2 diesel and a Western plow from a local school district - runs great but very rusty - paid $225 for it on sealed bid.
