North of KC MO in the field $5. I dont know how someone could possibly sell small square hay for less than $3 to $3.50 per bale. My break is in that neighborhood depending on yield, fertilizer used etc. Thats without even talking about fuel.
$1.75 per bale that went out with horsedrawn equipment and fuel at .30 cents per gallon(or less). Why in the world would you go to all the work and not make something doing it.
