Strange year. Noticed a lot of poison Ivy growing in hay fields and even along areas of thick grass that are mown short regularly. Took hay cutting in late May and now the Ivy is really taking off - it has been pretty dry summer in Maryland so lately hay has been somewhat dormant. Hardly ever seen Ivy in fields the past years. Any one else having an unusual amount of poison Ivy growth? My hay fields are orchard grass and red clover, so a broad leaf herbicide would kill the clover - not sure what is best for the #@%&*! Ivy. Any suggestions before it gets really out of control? thanks - Itchy
