Regular beans should not recover? At all? I'd look to make the cost of renting the land out - $150 an acre 'here'. I look at it like I am a tiny bit responsible, and the co is way responsible for the error. If I coulda found out & recovered in time to replant with something else, then they would owe for the replant costs. At this point in time, they owe for my possible income from the land - typical rental rate. And I'd look for free seed next year. I don't expect them to owe me for my max possible income - that is up to many variables & we can't assume. But, they do owe me the bottom line rent. Nothing less. --->Paul
