Hi Diana, seems like you like your tractor again. The PTO on some of the IPTO models will make a little whining noise. It very well could be an adjustment issue as the reactor bands do need to be adjusted from time to time. The drive line to the PTO does turn all the time. Not sure about the utility but row crops have a seasonal disconnect under the belly of tractor to disengage this when not used for long periods of time. I found a 350 D utility parts tractor. The guy is going to look tomorrow to see if it still has a manifold and linkages on it. I am glad you like your tractor again. Once you get the rest of that rigging fixed you will want paint.
