The deal of them laying on a truck fender may support your flare idea Allan,BUT back when the law was passed that you had to have a license to buy Dynamite,A LOT and I mean a LOT of people bought it by the CASES so they would have it.Those people are now your Mid 70s,80s,and 90 year old people,so there is I believe still a lot of it still lying around out there,Maybe not in Neb.but in the east and south or anywhere there are wooded areas.
