no dont make it as tight as you can inless you want to strip out the bolts & have something else to fix.... my guess on small eng head would be 15 ft. lbs at most ? snug them up evenly & give them a good turn use your judgment ... or go borrow a torq wrench from local shop( if hes like me he will tell you hell no but...) i dont loan out my snap on tools as they either dont come back or dont come back same as they left. anyway gl
