Thanks for your help. Well, The gasket is fine, to what I can see, So, Im going to pull the head (again) and seeing if theres enought bolt to remove with pliers or something and if so I'll have to get a new bolt tomorrow. (its only 5miles to town with a bike...)

Now, as for the oil leak. Someone said it was a seal. Where do I remove to motor to see this seal. Can I make a new seal? Its a briggs 7hp engine made in 1977 (replacement engine)
